This is one of the main things we want to keep here at Mesa. The 300% open time is crucial in padding our paychecks. The company is playing hardball about it. HOWEVER, we are expecting a pay increase somewhere north of $20 an hour/$13 an hour FO/CA, respectively. But do we allow the company to take away our beloved 300%? J.O is offering multiple ways to get our raise, but it’s certainly going to be a give and take. Even a cheaper hotel package on API has been mentioned. Like I said, we will get what we want and succeed in the long run! This airline pilot business is tough stuff!!
