Looking at the other thread covering end of year numbers I’m working 200-400 hours more a year than guys at SWA who are clearing 50-100k more a year than I do.
I’m officially very bummed today. I shouldn’t have looked at that thread lol.

More Alaska pilots need to know what's actually out there. I think for a lot of pilots at the Eskimo, Air Group is their only airline. They simply don't know what industry standard is.
It's up to us to spread the word about what's out there.
Dissatisfaction is good. Without it, there is no progress.
