I would suggest you go to an AirInc job-fair if World attends. I talked with their Chief Pilot, a few years back, during one of those job-fairs and I could've gotten the interview scheduled then and there. At the time it wasn't the right thing for me, but sounds like it is a decent place to work with many advantages.
