A good friend of mine upgraded on the Shuttle at 2 1/2 years. junior Capt on the Shuttle. Of course he was ex US Air--with previous guppy time, and AF, so really, a non event. He did fine, but TK went nuts with his tracking.

But, this is different. We will soon have lots of guys with very little experience flying and upgrading quickly. Hoss, I agree, the worst ones are the long time rt seat 777 guys that upgrade to domestic. They are just lost. Many times they are lost on the 777 too. I've flown with several pro-bunkies......not good.
