Exactly... yet they need multiple ground frequencies (always NOTAMed down to one), multiple tower frequencies (always NOTAMed down to one), a five page ATIS, a dozen SIDs that all start with radar vectors, and a dedicated T2 ramp frequency that really only needs to cover the gates in the back. Like you said, it's not hard. They want to make it hard.
