Before you get to the airspeed and altitude Part there are two rules in aviation:

1. There is no such thing as being over prepared for an interview.
2. There is no such thing as being over prepared for training.

I’ll leave the interview prep to the others as I don’t know.
Training? Get cockpit posters, frame them at home and start working.
