When will they get it?
Why do people keep asking these questions ad-nauseam? Its like they just need one person to tell them that they will get a Florida base within a year to validate their final decision to come here..
There is plenty of recent/current advice on this forum which will guide you to the junior bases, where you will be when you get out of training. There is also no such thing as a crystal ball to determine where you will be in a years time. If you are applying to Allegiant, you have some experience in this industry and know that being at the bottom of the seniority list is a bad place to be, and that with multiple bases there are multiple seniority lists, so you will be at the bottom where ever you bid.
The guys at the top will never leave - there is no benefit for them to go to a major. They earn way too much money with a great QOL. Only the guys in the bottom 50% will benefit from leaving and of that the bottom 25% will do so.
If you come here, expect to not move up, and have your apps out where you really want to go. Also, expect to never be a CA in Florida. Current time to line holding FO in FL is nearly 3 years at the most junior of the FL bases. You want SFB? Add a year. And those times are increasing at the same rate as time - i.e. in a year, add a year as the same guys who are junior line holders will still be junior line holders!
