Not like they’d adhere to agreements but we have yet to receive a pilot specific message re the current IROP, solely company wide messages correct?

Irregular Operation (IROP) (JBU 2019-16-MEC)
The Company agrees the following on a precedential basis:
Whenever the Company announces an IROP to its Crewmembers, a separate message will be sent to the Pilots specifying the correct IROP level, if any, as per the IROP definitions in the CBA.
The correct contractual IROP level, as specified in the message to the Pilots, will be the only IROP level applicable to the Pilots, for purposes of the CBA.”
All I see is a jetcrew notification on 12/29 and a corresponding email neither of which was specific to pilots, therefore we are not in a CBA recognized IROP. Please correct me if if wrong.
