We have pilots who fly out of New Bern, NC, Dothan, AL, and in the middle of nowhere Lake of the Ozarks. I fly out of ILM, BNA, and SMF part-time.. Most of those places have only Regional service, but again, we have the most generous home basing policy in the Industry.
The home base isn’t much of a concern.
Are you running 14hr duty days and min rest while on tour?
Most 135 ops are fatiguing pilots out.
