Two things here, one is just change a couple of numbers if you’re that worried about it.
Two, don’t post things that would harm you if your identity is figured out. I would just assume that at some point it is. I know I could easily be identified, and have been by colleagues. Doesn’t bother me as I don’t post anything I wouldn’t say to the company or anyone in general.
