There is no reason they would, or a legal basis for it. None of us signed salary NDA's, all of our contracts are public record.

Where you could get in trouble is if your detailed salary info allows them to identify you, AND you have posted stuff previously (or at some future point) which the company doesn't like and violates their social media policy. Those policies are often pretty draconian these days.

Not a bad idea to modify your salary details just a bit to obscure your identity.
