Nobody is getting hosed at all. It's always been the same as long as I have been here. Your final audit should show the greater of what you flew or what you were originally awarded for each duty period. The holiday audits for the Christmas period are not done yet and they won't be for a while. Once the audit is done, if you think you got hosed, send it to SWAPA contract admin and they will let you know. If it is in error, they will contact payroll for you.

One of my thanksgiving audits was in error and I got it corrected. This is a pretty regular occurrence for me. It happens at least a few times a year, usually on complex and multiple reroutes.

If an error has you unfairly over the cap, call payroll and they will straighten it out quickly, at least until they can officially audit it.
