You get paid the highest of what was awarded or what was actually flown per duty period.

If you have a day that is awarded as 5.0, later gets changed to 10.0, but then cancels before you fly anything, you get 5.

If you have a day that is awarded as 10.0 and cancels with just a deadhead home paying 5, you get paid 10.0.

what E6 said. Only people losing out are the ones not flying their trips because the company told them they are sick. But that was explained in writing months ago…
