Well, you probably got tinnitus, i have done a lot of reserch about it, i also have tinnitus as well, very annoying.
Since you got it "internally" from ear infection its harder or nearly impossible this will go away. It's for life
. I got it from firing gunshots, and they say it will go away.. but have not so far!
