2. ICAO. International pilot max age is 65. Majority of the old guys are on widebodies, so if you extend age 65 for domestic you have to retrain them. How many 65 y/o WB CA's want to give up 30 hour CDG layovers three times/month to retrain on a guppy and fly domestic four-days? I'm guessing most will just retire. But not all. But I cannot see going above age 67, so minor impact.

USA isn’t the only place hurting for pilots. ICAO will move the age up. It helps all the airlines world wide.
