USA isn’t the only place hurting for pilots. ICAO will move the age up. It helps all the airlines world wide.
Ummm......you do realize that the BK laws have changed drastically since the 2000's, and NOT in favor of airline management, right?
IF....they were to file just to try and toss out contracts they don't like, there is a good chance that their creditors can demand liquidation, which includes THEIR OWN golden parachutes.
Much worse risk/reward equation now then before.
