Ignore this guy/gal obvious grumpiness, someone clearly ****ed in their cereal this morning.

To your question, while I am not based in either I have done some reserve time in ORD and it seemed like they had a lot of early morning flights for reserve. I remember doing almost exclusively the 5am ORD-CUN-FLL run. Overnight in FLL and operate or DH back to ORD on day 2. I wouldn't say they used me a ton, but I was used at least once each reserve trip. DTW I have only heard things, but the guys I know there seem to like it with a good mix of flying. I have heard it refereed to NK's best kept secret in terms of flying/crews.

Good luck and welcome to NK.
