The interview changed from call outs and memorizing stabilized approaches to more HR and CRM. The hogan is still the hogan as far as I know but there were job for assessment or something like it.
The best advice I can give for the hogan is to give the most truthful answer, most of the time it’s the first one in your head. Don’t worry about your previous answers, think of it like baseball, each one is a new pitch. Your answers will contradict each other. For instance, I don’t like to party but I do like get together with friends, stuff like that
