Having someone “require” me to wear a mask after the flight deck door is closed will be an immediate callout and bid avoid for life.
No one can require you to wear a mask after flight deck door closes. They can ask, you or I can decline. They person concerned about you or I not having a mask is more than welcome to leave the trip. Only "required" to have a mask on when the flight deck door is open and at the gate or in view of the passengers.
