I don't live anywhere near PTC (or GA), and I'm not saying you are doing so, but I've never understood why people hate on the golf cart thing so much. That actually sounds pretty dang nice and convenient to me lol. During training last year, I took a drive around to check out various towns and fly-in communities, and PTC seemed like nearly every other burb/town near a city. I don't understand the hate.
most of the complaints were valid a few years ago. No real downtown area and nowhere to go other than chain restaurants. But it is starting to grow down there and have a lot more to offer. With that though, traffic is growing as well.

I am a north sider (Alpharetta), I don’t hate on the south side because everyone likes something different. Culture is what you make of it. I have flown with a few crazies. But you just manage it. For me this is just a job, when I leave I don’t talk or think about delta. One of the nice things about living in the north side.
