Maybe ORD will be better for me! A lot of flights from DFW to ORD as well. Was hoping on Orlando or Philly because I'd have a place to stay, but If I can't ever get back home might not be worth going to Orlando or Philly.
Looks like the junior FO in ORD for the February bid is an October, 2021 newhire. I would think he’s just barely finished with his training in time for February flying.
