This year, the legacies and large major airlines combined will be hiring about 1000 pilots per month. It won't take much to hire large chunks off the bottom of the seniority lists at the ULCCs, with a few senior pilots mixed in. Hiring to cover attrition only means stagnation on the list.
you make it seem like Spirit doesn’t have a plan to source for more pilots. Trust me they will find a way.

-raise the pay and pick off some corporate pilots.
There a ton of Australian pilots to pick from. And I think they would be cool to fly with (especially the chicks😘 🇦🇺
