No, I was just answering the guy’s question if United has a program that measures sick call performance and the answer is “sort of.”
They of course can threaten to fire you or give other disciplinary action if you have more than 8 dependability events in a year, but that is a threat, not an actual action. Different story if you’re on probation, of course
