Well, the schedules really
do blow. Very little commutability even for the very senior guys, low credit, 2-day trips followed by a 3-day trip, uncommutable on both ends and in the middle, meaning three nights in a hotel, etc.
Yeah, it really does suck.
And for the new guys and gals on reserve our crew scheduling people really jack them around. It ain't fun at the moment.
