Jesus, just you saying that brings back my ptsd of yelling about payrates over bonuses. Thats what was nice about rainmaker, i could just write the numbers down and toss it in peoples face. The bonuses were just to stop edv from shutting down, the fact we had a management team rooting for us to turn them into more pay was historic.
Of course, RG came to delta and proceeded to **** everyone off and find himself shuffled all over the place. Oh well, sometimes once in a lifetime situation means just that.
