I'm on the 74, and have not flown anything else at UPS, so take my advice with a bucket of salt. That said, from talking to guys who have come over to that airplane from the others, IF you can handle longer trips, Asian prison-camp-hotels, and flying to the same ~8 places all the time, the lifestyle on the 74 seems to be a lot less wearing. I'm not sure what qualifies as "not flying a lot"...I think we fly plenty, but the overnights do tend to be longer and it's often "one and done". Not trying to start some airframe pursefight, I'm sure the others have much to recommend them, but from what I take from your post, I think you'd probably be pretty happy on the 74., You can always upgrade on something else later if you want to max out the pension.
