Solid advice by all, thank you. Several of my friends at my seniority level recently got calls, so that's why I'm looking again. I'll throw my apps in and dust off my interview prep, yet again. I've been doing so for seven years now and have nothing to show for it but a fix-it email from D. This is the first time since I've gained some training dept experience though. We'll see what happens.
