2. The email says you have 7 days to complete it. Does that mean once you begin the assessment, or 7 days to take it from when you get the email?
3. Coming from a military then -135 background...those with similar backgrounds, was there anything that surprised you or you wish you had known/done differently to prepare?

Many thanks!

Roach,

I just took it. I used CUT-E. I probably over practiced. Realize there are like 10+ sections on the test prep. The actual exam has 8 or so (they are listed previously in this thread). They also have the ATC read back section. I took my time on that and you can play back 3x. I did that and passed so don't think you need to crush it on the first try. Minor differences from practice to actaul exam. One thing is that the practice test is all back and white (sudoku puzzle one) and test has colors. That distracted me at first but it's actually easier once you get rolling. Don't waste your time with the personality test on CUTE-E. The key to the actual one is be consistent (in my opinion). They will catch you in a lie or contradiction. There were some that I was like "huh I bet the company would want to hear me say this," but chose my gut. I never strongly agreed with a single statement. As for CUT-E i think the actual test is about Medium setting. So if you practice all hard on CUT-E you'll be fine.

Was't feeling so hot after it (for the work place behavior section), but got the interview invite 4 days later. Call the number and keep calling. The lady said the phone rings non-stop. I got lucky and got thru on my 4th call on my drive home from work.

For others wondering:
- I used checked and set for app review (and resume for other airlines)
- Submitted on 23 Dec
- Online Test invite on 3 Jan
- Took COG 6 Jan
- Invite for interview on 11 Jan
- Scheduled interview on 11 Jan
- Interview is mid March (using emerald coast as prep)

Stats:
- Almost all Mil Fighter (IP/ SEFE) 1503 hours total time (was very worried about low time and not being competitive)
- Did ATP and 1st class medical in December

Thanks to all the guys posting and providing info, input, and feedback. Looking forward to the opportunity and hopefully working with some of you guys.
