Another thing that some people do is trade with another pilot a reserve block of days for their flying (another pilot). You can then elitt (trade with company) that flying that you traded for.
Pick up a crappy trip out of monthly open time and then elitt it for one or more trips in Elitt (trip trade). All traded trips will then pay second year pay.
