If you’re at a wholly owned regional, I expect you will have a path to the major that owns your company within the next 3 years. That said, someone will get Delta jobs off the street. You might as well hedge your bets. It’s never too early but if the music stops and the chairs are full it could be too late.Originally Posted by flyingm2
