Min age for ATP is 23
Restricted ATP min age is 21 but I would be surprised if DL is hiring R-ATP right now.
ATP is the minimum and I’m not aware of anyone getting hired under 23yo (youngest pilot on the list now is 24 and was hired last month)
R-ATP also cannot fly as part of an augmented crew, so that would create an issue for DAL with the ER going to new hires
