The main difference is WB only has 6 hard days off per month (and they are all one block). All your other days off can be rolled for a trip, with certain restrictions. Living in base on WB reserve is quite nice. I have worked 3 trips in the last 8 months. A 4 day domestic, a 1 day domestic and a 4 day global trip that rolled one day off. I was assigned that because I was on short call. This is on the 777, I don’t know what life is like on sparky, they may be busier.
