I think we have seen a few personalities on these forums that have to be right..... ALWAYS! They can not let an issue go. Whether it be Covid related, politics, profit sharing, or investing. They....just....have...to...be....RIGHT!.

So, this "confrontational" interview may be an attempt to weed these types of people out prior to onboarding them on the Delta seniority list. (Fangs has good points on how to handle it)

But then again, maybe the interviewer is just a Richard. Typically those types of people do not last long before they themselves are relieved of their responsibility. It seems like the training department is a good example... been a long, long time(decades) since I've had a Richard as an instructor.
