Straight pay rates are easily quantified by wall street....things like allowances spend just like increased pay rates but are more subtle as to optics.
Two $20 haircuts/month gets about $500 year. That's better than nothing (unless you think that what you negotiate has ancillary costs to the company ie FA, which would hurt your bargaining position.... less bang for the buck)
