Quote: So even though you do your electronic log book you also log your flights in a traditional paper logbook?
Not any longer. The exception being that any time that I receive training (dual), I will make sure that I receive an endorsement of some type from the instructor. (This is generally in the form of a sticker that I place into my paper logbook):

My last says this:

Quote:
Name: Josh ____
Holder of Airman Certificate: 12345
Employed by: ABC Corp
has successfully completed:

-PIC Landing Currency (General), FAR 61.57(a)
-PIC Night Landing Currency, FAR 61.57(b)
-PIC Instrument Currency, FAR 61.57(c)
-Instrument Proficiency Check, FAR 61.57(d)
-Pilot in Command Proficiency Check, FAR61.58

Sim: Flight Safety International, CE560 Encore, KMCO
Training Time: 12.0 Hours (6 PIC, 6 SIC)

Instructor: Bob Pilot
Instructor Number: 123456TCE, Expires 9/30/08
Instructor Signature: _________ Date: 12/15/07
I put that into the back of my paper logbook (the printout) on a separate piece of paper, and then reference the entry in the electronic logbook in the remarks section. "Instructor Endorsement Attached"
