on the chq side fo wise everyone in my class of late june was in the base they wanted by november. All bases on the three certificates are junior for FO's since upgrades are running about 12-18 months. captain wise though there are some really senior bases for them. Pit and Lga come to mind. Either way there is alot of movement so you can easily end up any where you want to be.
