Same reason I'm staying, best case scenario I have about 15 years left (give or take if I medical out or something like that). If I left now and managed to upgrade at a legacy in a short time it would take approx 3-4 years for me to be back were I am, at which point I have even less time left if I would medical out early, not to mention I've been furloughed and downgraded before, with my luck I would get hired then furloughed and at my age I can't out run a furlough. I would say anyone here under the age of about 45 should probably at least put their resume into the big 3.
