I really don't mean to pile on here, but coming from someone new to the APC exchange although NOT new to aviation, I'll simply echo the sentiments that it's VERY counter-productive to speak of which you know not first-hand. In my search for information here I've come across many of your posts which I've taken at face value, only to find after the fact the information you provided was not at the level of clarity needed to inform my (and perhaps others) decision-making process. This only complicates the learning process for those who are wrongly looking to your posts as a legitimate source of information. Please do be careful to fact-check yourself before posting as an authority on whatever topic.

For your consideration, I've been doing this flying thing long enough to know that someone's extensive background doesn't and shouldn't come with a blank check to wedge him/herself into any exchange in which they see fit to participate, and in the case of a forum like this it's particularly important for an outsider to observe and absorb. It's great to be able to contribute if and when the time comes, but not at the expense of anyone who might be depending on the validity of anything you might post.

In any case, please consider that if we can't help, we at least shouldn't hinder the efforts of those who are in need of information that will likely inform major life decisions.
