e-mail from ALPA this morning regarding sick. One thing that stood out if people not being honored their 2 weeks when they resign, rather being fired on the spot to prevent the use of their sick bank, or whatever other reason. Sounds like the JP days, not good for morale.
So why even give a notice then if that’s the way they’re gonna be? Just up and leave without notice and let Crew Scheduling pick up the pieces. That’s the precedent their setting with their crazy behavior.
