ny own 2 cents but the thing left out as to why people are leaving is not just the pay I would say. Allot of people came here for a easy going pilot group, growth and quick upgrades and the ability to get time off ie drop to 0 if you want. Well the pilot group is still easy going, the growth is in theory still happening and the contract hasnt changed. What has been a shock though are the meltdowns, the lack of mangement, the terrible IT and 0 infrastructure. All that compounds into a place where you cant be proud of to work at. The shine really rubbed off this place very quickly for allot of people and thats why their leaving. I just dont think its all about the dollar signs. I know its not. Ask an FO
