It would take about a $2 per ticket fare increase to make pay competitive with our peers. An MOU changing reserve rules back to being able to drop one block a month from the outside in seems easy. Making training a fully paid and insured is more low hanging MOU fruit.
Nobody needs to slip on some bathroom tile to discover the method to make time travel possible. Just be proactive. To quote William Wallace…”Do it. And let the applicants see you do it.” Or something like that.
