All the Comms I saw from Jet Blue and United and others were after our announcement. Some got even better deals. That’s great and that’s how it works. Pattern bargaining and all. Kinda how Southwest set the bar during Covid and preventing furloughs, which was the same format we used.

It obviously worked (relatively speaking). I saw AA and others in the news that week. Within a day or 2 most every trip (primarily those Jan 1 and beyond) were no longer in OT.

I get it’s easy to claim nothing changes, but we 100% could have easily had another massive meltdown again, but instead of we took this approach and we didn’t. 🤷🏻‍♂️
SWA started around December 15th, and just extended it to february 8th.
