It certainly can't hurt, and no one really knows what the algorithm is filtering for and 1k TPIC has sort of been a benchmark to meet for a long time. I'm sure the requirements will continue to drop as majors become more desperate to fill seats.
Normally I would say do not turn jobs down that increase your pay and QOL. Alaska is the exception right now.
less than 1000 TPIC and no degree and I have a interview set up with delta, they seem to really dripping their requirements. If delta keeps picking off us qx people I think horizons days may be numbered
