From scheduling, to tracking, ramps, and even the dept that handles late arriving aircraft and managing swaps. That is what happens when you pay talented and experienced employees to leave. We've had tens of thousands of years worth of experience walk out the doors in the last 18 months. For those of us remaining I'd venture the GAS (give a s...) factor is lower than it has been in over a decade. Do you care more or less about your job performance than you did two years ago? Multiply that answer by 70,000 employees.
