i think this is the answer. Based on the drops posted here there are still about 70 unfilled spots on the 717 between DTW and ATL. That number does not include positions offered to 9E flows (they bid separately) but I can’t imagine 70 717 positions went to endeavor flows.
I didn’t think they bid separately, but they get their drops with the class they were going to be here with, and they already have something when they show up 90 days later.
