I agree with what you are saying.....somewhat. Those that are knowledgeable and and are willing to put the time in will always build better schedules. That will never change. Regardless of how good the contract is or is not.
if you want to better your QOL for your given seniority, I highly recommend a black belt. I'm just not sure if should be at Cobra Kai or Miyagi-do.....
