Exactly this. Yes there are tools to make a crappy schedule better, but it doesn’t have to be that way. And a person being annoyed about crappy rotations and schedules doesn’t mean that that person doesn’t do anything about it.

This thread is about UPDATING OUR CONTRACT. If things suck, why not try to use the opportunity that only comes around once every few years to change them?
