the credit from training helped build a line for that November 2021 hire, but if they did not have that training credit they would have been on reserve. The most jr pilot who held a line without having the benefit of pre posted credit was a sept 2019 hire, about 1400 numbers from the bottom of the seniority list.



for someone hired today, probably 6-9 months to solidly holding a line, that will go up and down depending on seasonal flying and the results of the next AE.
