The thing is, even if our compensation matched Deltas, we would still have people leave. There are a lot of things we don’t offer, intl flying, larger base structure, the “prestige” of flying for a legacy. (I personally DGAF but some people do.) I’m not leaving, but certainly don’t fault anyone for leaving (or staying). Our Upgrade is longer than every legacy. Somebody mentioned the junior CA schedule at a legacy might be brutal, but it isn’t exactly spectacular here either, the difference is they are making more money and have thousands of retirements ahead of them.
