Yup. Junior reserve CA at Spirit is probably one of the worst gigs out there. Honestly. No drops, no line holder rights once assigned a trip (as in you can be sent back out at the end of the trip if RAP days available), little control over days off and Rap period, no open time pickups, having to check out, etc….
