There are a lot of things we don’t offer, intl flying, larger base structure, the “prestige” of flying for a legacy. (I personally DGAF but some people do.) Somebody mentioned the junior CA schedule at a legacy might be brutal, but it isn’t exactly spectacular here either, the difference is they are making more money and have thousands of retirements ahead of them.
Yup. Junior reserve CA at Spirit is probably one of the worst gigs out there. Honestly. No drops, no line holder rights once assigned a trip (as in you can be sent back out at the end of the trip if RAP days available), little control over days off and Rap period, no open time pickups, having to check out, etc….
